WorkWell Fenland is a UK Government–funded wellness & employment support programme, delivered locally by Fenland District Council in partnership with NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
This voluntary service offers free support to anyone aged 16 or over who has the right to work in the UK, lives in Fenland (or is registered with a Fenland GP or Jobcentre Plus), and is finding it difficult to get into or stay in work due to physical or mental health challenges.
You will work in collaboration with a Work & Health Coach, who will listen to your concerns and connect you with recommended support services, such as mental wellbeing care, debt management, housing advice, training, or relationship support. WorkWell offers a safe, supportive space to work on emotional health and confidence.
Participation in WorkWell Fenland is completely voluntary and does not affect benefits or employment status, and once referred, the support received via this service is at no cost to you.
