Welcome

Hello and welcome! My name is Ariana, I am a qualified & accredited counsellor with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (PNCPS. Accred. Dip. Couns.) and I provide a integrated Humanistic approach to individual adults, specialising in open-ended, long-term exploration.

I decided on the name Embers Of Hope because it is my belief that a ‘spark’ within nudges us to be who we truly are and what we want out of life - much like an ember, the glowing fragment of a fire that continues to burn.

Whatever reason has brought you to therapy today, I understand what a big step it can feel to seek support for your emotional well-being. I hope that, as your counsellor, I can provide a safe, supportive, confidential and accepting environment where we can gently explore who you are, what you want from your life, and what may be getting in the way of your spark. Together, we can work towards understanding yourself more deeply, navigating life’s challenges, and supporting your healing, while also empowering you to make choices that feel comfortable and right for you.

I cannot promise that the exploration of the self is a simple task, but you will not be alone when doing so.

I hope to meet you soon!

Counselling based within Cambridgeshire, in-person or online.
